If you cancel more than 7 days before the start date of your tour, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the reservation. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

If you need to cancel your reservation or tour, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info.trekdiaries@gmail.com

In the event that we need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or safety concerns, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
