DAY 1: Arrival Srinagar 

• Arrival at Srinagar airport, you will be met by our representative and transfer you to Deluxe Houseboat / Hotel. Evening enjoy Shikara ride tour which will cover Charchinar, Floating  Gardens, Canals etc. 

DAY 2:   Srinagar Neelgrath – Amarnath Cave Darshan 

• After early breakfast proceed for Sonmarg will take you to Neelgrath Helipad. Neelgrath - Panchtarni –Neelgrath helicopter ride. The Helicopter start operating at 06.00 Hrs (Weather Permitting). Panjtarni is approx 6 Kms from Holy Cave, you can go there by Foot or can hire Palki/Pony at your own cost. After darshan return back to Panjtarni to board helicopter to Neelgrath . Return back to Sonmarg. On arrival check in your hotel  & Overnight stay at Sonmarg. 

DAY 3:  Sonmarg - Srinagar Local Sightseeing 

• After breakfast, proceed to Srinagar take a city tour that includes a visit to the famous Mughal  gardens of Nishat and Shalimar. We will explore the gardens also enjoy Shikara ride on Dal lake and later drive back to the houseboat/hotel for a Dinner and Overnight stay at  hotel/houseboats. 

DAY 4 :  Srinagar Airport 

• After breakfast time free till departure. Transfer by car to Srinagar airport for departure to next destination.

Tour Note :  

• All passengers have to report 02 hrs priorto the departure due to security checking at the airport. 
• No hand baggage will be allowed to carry inside the aircraft due to security reasons. 
• Only Jewellery and laptops will be allowed for cabin baggage. 
• No vehicle is allowed to pick up guest inside railway station / Airport in JAMMU hence our driver will coordinate with you for the same.

Mode of Payment:-  

• For Advance booking we need 50% Token amount and balance Payment can be before 10 days of tour starting date.  

Cancellation Policy:  

• 75% amount will be refunded if cancel 30 days before the tour starting date.  
• 50% amount will be refunded if cancel 15 days before the tour starting date.  
• 25% amount will be refunded if cancel 7 days before the tour starting date.  
• No amount will be refunded if cancelled within 7 days of the tour starting Date.

Terms and Conditions:- 

• All our bookings are on the basis of First come First policy.  
• Bookings are non-transferable. In case of cancellation of bookings from the consumers end, no booking amount shall be refunded in any case.   
• Safarbook reserve the rights to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of unavoidable events (i.e. Weather condition, political condition or any others).   
• An original individual identification proof (Aadhar card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport must be carried by the traveller during the journey.   
• Safarbook will not be responsible for any manmade or natural calamity. Extra expense because of any of the natural calamity will be done by consumer not safarbook.  
• All the sports are safe and approved by the state ministry, activities performed will be under the guidance of highly trained professionals. However in case of any injury or accident during the adventure sport and travel Safarbook will not beliable.   
• In case of any updates in the booking, the consumer has to give a prior notice to Safarbook. 
• In case of inappropriate weather or any change in local government norms, activities mentioned above can be scheduled or cancelled without any prior notice.   
• Any mischief or inappropriate attitude will not be tolerated and Safarbook reserves. 
• All rights to cancel such bookings without any refund at any time in between the trip. Safarbook can cancel the trip or individual booking without any prior notice. 
• All hotel taxes are included, excluding Tourism Dirham/Events/Exhibitions/Festivals. Itinerary may change due to operational reasons or weather conditions. Rates are valid for the Indian market only. 
• Rates are valid for the Indian market only. 
• Price excludes airfares, train fares, bus fares personal expenses like laundry, telephone, tips, Mineral Water bottles, room services, ponies, palkies charges, monuments charges, personal expenses etc 
• Entrance fees, if any, at any point shall be paid by customers.  
• Hotels, Helicopter tickets, Transport are subject to availability at the time of reservation. 
• Due to bad weather or technical reason if the schedule flight is cancelled / delay, Sonmarg / Srinagar hotel/houseboat  will consider No-Show for that day without any refund {In case client is not able to reach at their pre booked hotel/ destination}. Next day’s accommodation has to be taken care by the guest directly. Transportation would be charged Rs. 2000 - 3000* extra per day. 
• Yatri’s travelling by helicopters to Panjtarni shall not be required to secure Yatra Permits but such Yatri’s will be required to produce Compulsory Health Certificates, duly issued by Authorised Doctors/ Institutes at the time of boarding the helicopter at Neelgrath/ Pahalgam. No Yatri’s shall be allowed to board the helicopter without first submitting the CHC {Compulsory Medical Certificate}. 
• Helicopter Services could be any of the aviation services available in the sector. It could be either of Pawanhans or Global Vectra or mixed from Neelgrath Route and from Pahalgam tickets will be of Himalayan Heli Services. The estimated timings of Helicopter Tickets are between 06:30 AM till 12:00 Noon {for Same Day Package} & In Next Day Package tickets timing will be after 01:30 PM onwards via Neelgrath route.
