TREK INFORMATION 


You can't really miss a trip to one of the largest and most beautiful waterfalls in India. Dudhsagar waterfalls, as the name suggests, is the sea of milk. It is

located in the Mandovi river in Goa, which is 60 km away from Panaji by road. It is among the tallest waterfalls in India. It has a height of 310m (1017 feet). 

When you visit the falls, you will have a different feeling altogether, which cannot be described in words. It seems like milky vapors are rising from the falls, and the clouds are falling from heaven. 

Now, do you want to know something awesome? The beautiful waterfall which was shown in the Movie Chennai express is the Dudhsagar falls. So people also call it the Chennai express waterfall.

Dudhsagar falls have all the natural vibes that you need and who doesn't love nature. This place has its own beauty that is different from every other

waterfall. The clear water and the lush greenery around the waterfall are something that will astonish you. The lush greenery surrounding

the falls gives an aesthetic vibe that is incredible. Here comes the adventurous part, to reach the waterfall, you need to trek through a dense forest. The Dudhsagar trek is a 14 km long trek (one side) that takes around 6-7 hours, passing through the dense

forest and walking through the railway tracks. And it is all worth it when you reach the waterfall glory. When you witness the water rapids for the first time, you will be

surprised to see such a magnificent view, and the natural beauty surrounding it is praise-worthy.

ITINERARY


DAY 1: 


10:00 AM: Report at CBS, Board your bus to Ahmednagar Railway station.

01:00 PM : Reach at Ahmednagar station and spend time till our next train to "Kulem" which is at 02:10 PM

02:10 PM: Board Your train towards Kulem.

03:30 PM: Reporting for Pune people at Pune Station

04:00 PM: Overnight train journey to "Kulem"


DAY 2: 


05:00 AM: Reach Kulem station, briefing, and Introduction 

05:30 AM: Start our trek to Dudhsagar Waterfall

06:30 AM: Have breakfast 

07:00 AM: Resume your trek to the Waterfall

10:00 AM: Reach the waterfall, spend some time, and click pictures.

10:30 AM: Start your trek back to Kulem

02:30 PM: Reach Kulem station freshen up, have lunch 

03:30 PM: Rest and wait for your train for your return journey

04:10 PM: Board our train back.


DAY 3:


04:15 AM: Reach to Pune station 

07:35 AM: Reach to Ahmednagar

08:30 AM: Board your bus back to Sambhajinagar

11:00 AM: Reach to Sambhajinagar

Trekking shoes or any sports shoes with a Good grip Trekking pants (compulsory), 2 T-Shirts (Preferably full sleeves or Half T shirt with sleeves), Raincoat/ waterproof jacket/ windcheater, Hand napkin/Towel, etc. 

Water 2-3 liters.

Ready to eat food like plum cakes, Dry fruits, dry snacks and biscuits, Chikki, chocolate bars, etc.

Navratna Tel ( Oil to apply on your body)

Bookings are non-transferable. 

In case of cancellation of bookings from the consumer ' s end, no booking amount shall be refunded in any case.

Trek diaries reserve the rights to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of unavoidable events( i.e. whether condition, political condition or any others).

An original individual identification proof (Aadhar card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport) must be carried by the traveler during the journey. 

Trek diaries will not be responsible for any manmade or natural calamity. 

All the sports are safe and approved by the state ministry, activities performed will be under the guidance of highly trained professionals. However, in case of any injury or accident during the adventure sport and travel trek diaries will not be liable.

Incase of any updates in the booking, the consumer has to give a prior notice to trek diaries.

In case of inappropriate weather or any change in local government norms, activities mentioned above can be scheduled or canceled without any prior notice.

Any mischief or inappropriate attitude will not be tolerated and trek diaries reserves all rights to cancel such bookings without any refund at any time in between the trip.
