Harishchandragad Trek starts from a base village in Ahmednagar, where you will be resting before and after the trek. The trek will give you beautiful views of the lush green valleys covered with a thick grey sheet of clouds. You will come across Saptatirtha Pushkarni Temple and the Kedareshwar Cave where resides a big Shiva Linga, which is completely surrounded by water.
You will also witness the Temple of Harishchandreshwar and Konkankada which provides a scenic view of the surrounding region and the setting sun. Taramati Peak is the topmost point of the fort which offers great views of the surroundings.
A trek to Harishchandragad Fort in the monsoons is the perfect way to spend the weekend with your friends or family.

DAY 2:
- 03:30 am: Reach Base Village and rest for some time on the bus.
- 04:30 am: Good Morningâ ¦ Breakfast and introduction round.
- 05:00 am: Trek starts from the base point.
- 08:30 am: Reach Kokankada and Enjoy your time at Kokankada.
- 11:00 pm: Start to descend.
- 01:00 pm: Grab lunch on time and back down at the base village.
- 02:30 pm: Start our journey back.
- 10:30 pm: Adios! Back to the mundane city life. Until Next Time.

- There is no freshen-up/ washroom facility at the top. The toilet is in the base village.
- Avoid carrying heavy weight for the trek.
- Do not carry valuables during the trek.
- Avoid wearing chappals or slippers during the Jungle trek.
- Carry a camera. and binoculars at personal risk.
- Pay heed and attention to the trek guides and instructors.
